Returns
You can return goods via the web shop, but you cannot exchange them. You will always automatically be refunded within 14 days. You can of course place a new order if you wish to receive another item. You can exchange and/or return items you ordered via our web shop at one of the America Today stores.
Please not that if you have placed an order via the web shop using Klarna as a payment option, then it will not be possible to exchange your order at our America Today stores.
Pack the items you wish to return in the provided shipping bag or use another sturdy bag/box. The items must be unworn and complete with the enclosed price tag. It is best to enclose the return form with the items. Stick the provided return label on the envelope, bag or box and then hand the parcel (1) in to DHL. In this case, the return shipping costs of EUR 3,99 will be deducted by America Today from the refund for the returned items. You can also (2) hand in the items to another delivery service and send them to the America Today address, in which case you will pay the costs yourself.
Yes, this is allowed within the return period of 30 days and if the item is unworn with the tag attached according to the return procedure.
That's no problem. If you no longer have a return form, you can here download a blank form. Fill out the entire form and put it in the package. If you are missing the label, please contact the customer service.
As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect the amount back on your account within 2-3 working days. Not received the refund? Then please contact customer service.
Naturally, this was not the intention. You can of course return the item with the accompanying return form or return it at one of our stores. When you fill in the return form, you can indicate that you have received a defective/damaged item, no return costs will be charged. You can then place a new order through our web shop so that you can still receive the items.
For complaints, please get in touch with customer service or visit one of the America Today stores. The store is the best place to assess the complaint and come up with an appropriate solution. If you wish to file a complaint through customer service, then please send an email with a picture of the complaint and your order number. In this way, customer service can best handle the complaint.
Unfortunately, items purchased in-store can only be returned at one of our stores. Look here for your closest store. We cannot process these purchases; this is not technically possible.
We charge a contribution of 3,99 € for the return shipment of an entire or partial order. We settle these return costs against the refund of the order amount; you will receive the amount of the returned items minus the return costs. This return fee will be charged per order. If you return something at one of our stores, you pay no return costs.
The conditions for exchange and return:
- You will have the right to reject any or more items (right of withdrawal), without giving any reason and within 30 days after you received all items from your order. Within this period you may view, evaluate and/or try on the item, as you would in a store.
- If you would like to cancel a purchase, you should inform America Today within 30 days after the day of receipt of the entire order. It is our preference that you use the attached returns form and that you return this together with the unwanted items to us within 30 days after receipt the entire order.
- You can also inform America Today to cancel the purchase (for example via mail or email) in another way within 30 days of receiving the entire order. You can use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You should return the unwanted goods to America Today within 14 days after you cancelled the purchase. Preferably, include the completed returns form so we can process your return as quickly as possible.

We charge a fee of €3.99 for a return if you send back the entire order or part of it. This return fee will be deducted from the refund amount; you will receive the amount for the returned items minus the return fee of €3.99. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs for the initial delivery will also be refunded, meaning you will receive the full order amount, including the delivery costs, minus the return fee of €3.99. You can return the goods to the America Today Webshop via DHL. This return must be processed at a DHL ServicePoint (you can find a DHL ServicePoint near you on the DHL website); please make sure to keep the shipping receipt as proof of return! America Today will refund you the purchase price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving the goods or receiving the withdrawal declaration, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Products purchased through the webshop can be exchanged or returned free of charge in an America Today store within 30 days of receipt of all items from your order. In this case, take the completed return form with you and hand in the package at the store. Check the store locator for a store near you. Please note: if you have placed an order on the webshop and paid for it with Klarna, it is unfortunately not possible to return or exchange it in the webshop.
If you return items ordered via the America Today webshop via an America Today store, you will receive your money back in the same manner by which the order was paid for. This also applies to sale or promotional items. You can also choose other items for this amount. Do not forget to bring the return form, because this is your proof of purchase
When purchasing items from the America Today web shop, the legal guarantee will apply. Legal guarantee includes that the item should meet the reasonable expectations the consumer might have. There is no legal period connected to this guarantee as consumer expectations may vary per item.
